Christmas is Coming!

Wow has it really been 11 days since I last wrote a post. Seriously Beth, get your act together!

So, I thought since it was almost that most wonderful time of year that I would do a little check list of what needs to be done before the night of the 24th! Oh yes, Christmas Eve. These are just things that I normally do around this time before Christmas which helps keep things in order so you're not pulling your hair out by time the big day has ended.

22nd- Normally this day would be about going to visit my dad as its his birthday on this date! However since its his 50th he has a day out planned at his favourite football club so plans to see him have been moved to the 23rd! So this year the 22nd will be about going to see my best friends family. I have been best friends with my lovely Sammy since we were about 7 years old. Since we are both 20/21 its fair to say we have been friends a really long time! So naturally Sammy's family are very close to my own and I try to make the effort to visit around the festive time!

23rd- As I said in the about paragraph, the 23rd will be about seeing my Dad for the big 5-0! We are planning on going out for a meal with my parents, sister, her partner, her son, Keira and Daryl. After we will be either going to a pub or back to Castle Clarke to give him his birthday gifts and eat some cake. Got to have to time to let the meal go down! Once we get back to Castle Clarke (if we aren't already), its time to clean the house! Everything must be done on the 23rd as we go out on the 24th and definitely do not want to be cleaning on Christmas day! OH! Not forgetting to get that lovely turkey out to defrost.

24th- Christmas Eve is the start of the Christmas Present swapping for Daryl's side of the family. We normally go over to Mummy Clarkes house and see Daryl's mum, sisters, brothers, nieces and nephews. Its a lovely day where we get to catch up and watch the kiddies play with their newly opened toys! Once we get home its normally all about getting things sorted and not mentioning the big man himself visiting otherwise little Miss Keira will never go to sleep! Once Keira has gone to the Land of Nod thats when me and Daryl start to carry the presents through and put them under our Christmas tree.

25th- Well, what more do I need to say apart from 'ITS CHRISTMAS!'

I hope you have a lovely Christmas whatever you are doing!

Until next time my lovelies!

Another YouTube Vlog.

I know what you're thinking. Another post about your Vlogs Beth? Yes, its true but while I'm just starting out on the crazy world that is the internet I need to put my stuff out there, so where better to put it then on my blog? Don't worry I will be doing posts that aren't related to YouTube, especially now its Christmas time! Woohoo! Who else is excited? Just me? OK. Anyways, this vlog is about a bit of shopping and the Christmas decorations going up! It's easy to say my little girl loves Christmas time! All the sparkles and the lights, not to mention the presents!

Saving Money on your Food Shopping? No Way!

Hello, hello my little rays of sunshine! Today I thought I would do a little post for you about saving some hard earned money on your food shopping!

^a little festive piggy bank for you :D ^

Now, I know not everyone has access to the internet but I assume if you're hear reading my blog that you are lucky enough to have it! Have you ever considered doing your food shopping online? (If you don't already?) It's a great way to keep an eye on how much you are spending and it stops you from the naughty 'ohh that looks nice, i'll just throw it in the trolly'.

Another little tip is to plan your dinners in advance, write out the ingredients that you need and make a list. For the list to work and save money you need to stick to it! Ha Ha sounds simple right? I've tried before myself and the first couple of weeks are the hardest because you can never think of everything on the spot when making the list. Once you're in the general gist of writing list it will come easily! Or you could always put a piece of paper on the fridge and add stuff as you think of it through out the week.

Most people don't like to shop online because they don't like to pay the delivery fee. However, I know that Tesco give you the option to pick up your shopping from the store yourself. So not only can you shop online from the comfort of your own home but you can also collect it without have to have trolley fights and long lines at the check out! Amazing stuff right?

I hope this little post was helpful to someone :) we all need to watch the pennies around Christmas time so hopefully this is a great way to stick to the weekly budget!

Until next time my lovelies!

LUSH: Golden Wonder Bath Bomb!

Heeey guys :D Today I am going to be writing my personal review on the 'Golden Wonder' bath bomb from LUSH!

A quick side note if you don't know what or who LUSH is then here it is! http://lush.co.uk LUSH specialise in handmade cosmetics. They make things such as bath bombs, bath melts, bubble bars, skin care, hair care and loads more. I really really really (yes, really!) recommend that you check them out!

Anyway! Back to the Golden Wonder! This bath bomb is amazing, not only does it change the colour of your bath to a b.e.a.utiful blue/green lagoon colour, it also has a golden sparkle to the water that makes it look so fabulous! It really helps you to relax when you're in the bath and you can see the wonderful golden shimmer in the water.

^^ Here is some picture I took of 'Golden Wonder' in action ;) ^^

Aside from the colours that the bath bomb creates it also has a lovely smell. To me it smelt floral and clean, however it wasn't too overpowering. It was just strong enough for you to say 'mmm that smells nice' (well all love a good smell every now and then ;D ).

So if you're thinking out of trying out any of the LUSH Christmas range I would defiantly give this little gem a go! Its even great for the kids! Me and my daughter often share baths and she loves it when I put in a bath bomb from LUSH. Not to mention that we both come out smelling wonderful! ;)

Until next time my lovelies!
